Bain Marie Counter Series (1200-1800 mm de largeur)

This bain marie counter series includes six models with widths from 1200 mm to 1800 mm and 3 kW heating capacity. It features 304-grade stainless steel construction, 1.2 mm countertop, automatic thermostat, included food pans, and adjustable bullet feet for heated food holding in buffet counters, canteens, restaurants, and catering operations.

    This bain marie counter series is designed for holding food at serving temperature in buffet counters, self-service lines, canteens, restaurants, hotels, banquet halls, and commercial catering operations. It is suitable for keeping prepared dishes, soups, sauces, and other hot food warm and ready to serve during extended meal service periods.

    The series includes six models with widths of 1200 mm, 1500 mm, and 1800 mm. Models are available in two installation configurations: standard countertop and countertop with raised back panel. All models operate on a 220V single‑phase power supply and 3 kW heating power rating, and are equipped with automatic thermostat control for stable temperature maintenance throughout daily operation.

    The units are manufactured from 304‑grade stainless steel for durable and hygienic commercial use. The countertop panel is made from 1.2 mm thick stainless steel, while the side panels, bottom panel, back panel, and sink door are made from 1.0 mm thick stainless steel. The leg supports are adjustable stainless steel gravity bullet feet. The structure is reinforced with 1.0 mm thick 304‑grade stainless steel reinforcement ribs for long‑term rigidity. Food pans and heating elements are included as standard equipment. The overall manufacturing tolerance is ±5 mm.

    All models can be configured with 1/1 size food pans according to customer requirements. An automatic water filling and drainage system is available for convenient daily cleaning and operation.
