Integrated Hood Purifier Series (800–1000 mm Height)

This integrated hood purifier series is designed for combined smoke capture and electrostatic purification in commercial kitchen cooking stations. It integrates a canopy exhaust hood with a built-in electromagnetic collision composite electrostatic purification module, suitable for restaurants, hotel kitchens, central kitchens, canteens, and other foodservice environments requiring high-efficiency fume removal directly at the cooking source to meet environmental discharge standards.

The series includes four model configurations offering two material options and two width range options. 201-grade stainless steel and 304-grade stainless steel material versions are available, with width ranges of 900 mm to 1300 mm and 1300 mm to 1500 mm. All models share a selectable height range from 800 mm to 1000 mm, and the length can be customized according to site requirements. The unit operates on 380V 3-phase 50 Hz power supply and achieves a fume purification efficiency of up to 98%, supporting compliance with national environmental protection requirements for smokeless discharge.

The integrated design combines the exhaust capture hood with the electrostatic purification module in a single unit, reducing the need for separate in-line purification equipment and saving kitchen ceiling or ductwork space. The electromagnetic collision composite technology combines electrostatic precipitation with mechanical impingement for effective removal of cooking fumes, oil mist, and fine particulate matter before the treated air enters the extraction ductwork.
