Dish Collection Trolley Series (750–950 mm Width)

This stainless steel dish collection trolley series is designed for used dish collection, glassware transport, tableware handling, and clearing tasks in restaurants, hotels, canteens, banquet halls, and commercial foodservice operations. The double-layer structure provides organized separation for dirty dishes, trays, and utensils during front-of-house clearing and back-of-house kitchen workflows.

The series includes three double-layer trolley models with width options of 750 mm, 850 mm, and 950 mm. Each model shares a common design platform with a stainless steel platform, handle structure, silent swivel casters, and reinforced body frame, allowing operators to choose the right size according to corridor width, storage space, and daily collection volume.

The trolley body is manufactured from 304-grade stainless steel plate with brushed finish. The loading platforms are made from 1.2 mm thick stainless steel plate for durable daily use. The push handle uses a Φ38 × 1.0 mm stainless steel tube. Four 5-inch high-quality silent swivel casters are fitted to the base for smooth movement and quiet dish collection operation. Reinforcement ribs made from 1.2 mm thick stainless steel plate provide additional structural support for heavy-duty commercial use.
