Ön Durulamalı Evye Tezgah Serisi (1200-2200 mm)

This pre-rinse sink counter series is designed for pre-washing, scraping, and rinsing soiled dishes, plates, and kitchen utensils in restaurants, hotel kitchens, canteens, central kitchens, and commercial dishwashing areas. The integrated sink bowl allows staff to pre-rinse and remove food residues before loading items into dishwashers, helping improve overall washing efficiency and hygiene.

The series includes single-sink models, double-sink models, and an L-shaped double-sink model. Single-sink models are available in widths from 1200 mm to 2000 mm, with depth options of 760 mm and 800 mm. Double-sink models are available in widths of 1800 mm and 2000 mm, with depth options of 760 mm and 800 mm. The L-shaped double-sink model measures 2200 × 800 × 850 mm, providing an extended work surface for larger dishwashing stations. All units share a standard height of 850 mm.

The countertop is made from 1.2 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel with a brushed surface and laminated plastic coating. The sink bowl is fabricated from 1.0 mm thick stainless steel. The leg frame is constructed from 38 × 38 × 1.0 mm 304-grade stainless steel square tubes, and the horizontal support bars on all four sides use 25 × 25 × 1.0 mm stainless steel square tubes. Each unit is equipped with adjustable stainless steel feet for stable positioning, and reinforcement is provided by 1.0 mm thick stainless steel plate brackets. The open-frame design allows waste bins or containers to be placed underneath for convenient scrap collection. Custom configurations can be made according to specific kitchen requirements. Overall manufacturing tolerance is ±5 mm.
