This heated pass-through workbench series is designed for plate warming, food holding, and heated storage of prepared dishes in restaurants, hotel kitchens, banquet halls, canteens, central kitchens, and catering operations. The workbench combines a durable stainless steel worktop with a heated cabinet, helping kitchen staff keep plates and food at serving temperature while maintaining an organized preparation area.

The series includes single pass-through and double pass-through heated workbench models. Single pass-through models provide access from one side and include options with a back panel or without a back panel. Double pass-through models provide access from both sides. Product widths range from 1200 mm to 2000 mm, depths from 760 mm to 1000 mm, and all units share a standard height of 810 mm. This range allows users to select the right configuration according to kitchen layout and workflow requirements.

All models are manufactured from 304-grade stainless steel with a brushed surface and laminated plastic coating. The countertop is made from 1.2 mm thick stainless steel plate, while the cabinet sides, shelves, bottom panel, and sliding door shells are made from 1.0 mm thick stainless steel plate. The legs are high-quality heavy-duty adjustable stainless steel bullet feet. The cabinets are equipped with stainless steel sliding tracks, and reinforcement parts use 1.0 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel fabricated components. The series features dry heating elements, fan-assisted temperature control, indicator lights, and an independent electrical compartment for convenient maintenance access. Overall manufacturing tolerance is ±5 mm.
