This flight-type dishwasher series is engineered for the most demanding continuous warewashing operations in large-scale restaurants, hotel banquet kitchens, central kitchens, institutional canteens, and high-volume catering facilities. It delivers a cleaning capacity of up to 3500 dishes per hour and features a robust one-main-wash, dual-rinse configuration for consistently hygienic results even under peak loads.

The series offers two models to accommodate different site energy conditions. The standard model works with ambient-temperature inlet water and is rated at 44 kW, while the energy-saving model is optimized for pre-heated inlet water at 50°C to 60°C, reducing the electrical heating load to 14.5 kW. Both models share a water consumption of 450 L per hour, a main wash temperature of 65°C, and a final rinse temperature of 85°C. All primary structure components are manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel to ensure long-term durability and hygiene in wet commercial environments.

Water supply and drainage are standardized across the series, with a G3/4 inch inlet and a G1-1/2 inch drain outlet. The spacious flight-type conveyor and extended chamber length allow operators to load a wide variety of plate sizes, trays, and kitchenware continuously, making these machines ideal for facilities that must process high dish volumes with minimal handling time.
