Flatbed Trolley Series (900–1000 mm Length)

This commercial stainless steel flatbed trolley series is designed for transporting food trays, ingredients, dishes, cookware, and other kitchen items in restaurants, hotel kitchens, canteens, central kitchens, catering kitchens, and commercial foodservice operations. It provides a sturdy and easy-to-move solution for improving kitchen workflow and reducing manual carrying.

The series includes two flatbed trolley models with overall dimensions of 900 × 550 × 800 mm and 1000 × 600 × 800 mm. These sizes accommodate different load requirements and space constraints, allowing staff to move large quantities of materials efficiently during food preparation and service.

All units are constructed from 304-grade brushed laminated stainless steel for hygienic and durable commercial use. The flatbed is made from 1.2 mm thick stainless steel plate for reliable load-bearing capacity. The handle is formed from Φ38 × 1.0 mm stainless steel tube. The trolley is equipped with four high-quality silent swivel casters for smooth and quiet movement on kitchen floors. Reinforcement ribs are made from 1.2 mm thick stainless steel plate to enhance the structural rigidity of the flatbed. Overall manufacturing tolerance is ±5 mm.
