This flight-type dishwasher series is designed for the most demanding continuous warewashing operations in large-scale restaurants, hotel banquet kitchens, central kitchens, institutional canteens, and high-volume catering facilities. With a cleaning capacity of up to 4500 dishes per hour, it meets the needs of facilities that must process massive volumes of plates, trays, bowls, and kitchenware with minimal operator handling.
The series includes four models to accommodate different site energy conditions and workflow requirements. Standard models accept ambient-temperature inlet water, while energy-saving models are optimized for pre-heated inlet water at 50°C to 60°C, reducing the electrical heating demand. Non-drying models feature two main wash zones with dual rinse, and models equipped with integrated hot air drying offer one main wash zone with dual rinse plus a drying zone. All models share a water consumption of 450 L per hour, a main wash temperature of 65°C, and a final rinse temperature of 85°C.
All primary structure components are manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and hygiene in wet commercial environments. Water supply uses a G3/4 inch inlet, and drainage uses a G1-1/2 inch drain outlet. The extended flight-type conveyor design allows continuous and efficient loading of diverse ware types, making these machines ideal for the busiest central warewashing stations.
