Joint Plate Series (500–760 mm Width)

This joint plate series is designed as a modular connection component for aligning and joining multiple food preparation work tables into a continuous, unified preparation surface in commercial kitchens, central kitchens, canteens, and catering operations. It helps create stable, longer countertop runs and seamless corner transitions, supporting efficient workflow and flexible kitchen layouts.

The series includes a straight joint plate and a corner joint plate. The straight joint plate is suitable for extending preparation lines and bridging gaps between work tables arranged in a straight line. The corner joint plate is suitable for creating 90‑degree transitions at the junction of work tables, helping form L‑shaped or U‑shaped continuous preparation stations while maintaining countertop alignment and stability.

Both joint plate models are manufactured from 1.2 mm thick steel plate for durability and long‑term shape retention under daily use. The straight joint plate measures 500 × 760 mm, and the corner joint plate measures 760 × 760 mm. The overall manufacturing tolerance is ±5 mm.
