Round Electric Griddle Plate Series (9 kW Heating)

This round electric griddle plate is designed for commercial frying, grilling, searing, breakfast preparation, meat cooking, seafood cooking, vegetable cooking, and open kitchen operation. It is suitable for restaurants, hotel kitchens, food courts, canteens, catering kitchens, central kitchens, and professional cooking stations that require compact round-body griddle equipment.

The round structure provides a distinctive commercial workstation design and supports convenient access from multiple directions. The 360-degree body layout helps reduce cleaning dead corners and makes daily maintenance easier, making it suitable for visible kitchen areas and commercial environments that require both cooking performance and a clean appearance.

The unit uses 380V 3N / 50Hz power supply with 9 kW electric heating power. Multi-level heat adjustment and 60–300 °C temperature control allow operators to adjust the cooking temperature according to different ingredients and cooking requirements. The automatic over-temperature protection function helps improve operating safety during daily commercial use.

The unit is equipped with a 16 mm thick chrome-plated griddle plate for stable heating and durable cooking performance. The user-friendly control interface supports convenient operation for kitchen staff. The outer body can be supplied with different painted color options according to project design requirements.
