Waste Disposal Counter Series (1000–1800 mm Width)

This waste disposal counter series is designed for collecting food scraps, plate waste, organic residues, and kitchen refuse directly into waste containers placed underneath the counter. The open-frame design features a countertop with a built-in waste chute hole, allowing kitchen staff to scrape waste directly through the opening. It is suitable for restaurants, hotel kitchens, canteens, central kitchens, catering operations, and commercial dishwashing areas.

The series includes single-hole and double-hole waste disposal counter models. The single-hole models are available in widths of 1000 mm, 1200 mm, 1400 mm, and 1600 mm. The double-hole models are available in widths of 1500 mm, 1600 mm, and 1800 mm. All units have a standard depth of 800 mm and a standard height of 810 mm. The single-hole configuration is suitable for individual waste collection stations, while the double-hole configuration allows two staff members to work simultaneously or supports waste separation at the source.

The countertop is made from 1.2 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel with a brushed surface and laminated plastic coating. The leg frame is constructed from 38 × 38 × 1.0 mm 304-grade stainless steel square tubes. The horizontal support bars are made from 25 × 25 × 1.0 mm stainless steel square tubes. The counter is equipped with adjustable stainless steel feet for stable positioning, and the reinforcement brackets are made from 1.0 mm thick stainless steel plate. The open design underneath allows waste containers such as bins or buckets to be placed directly below the chute hole. Overall manufacturing tolerance is ±5 mm.
