Ankastre Elektrikli Kömür Izgara Serisi (4.5–9 kW)

This built-in electric charbroiler series is designed for commercial grilling, barbecue cooking, meat preparation, seafood grilling, vegetable grilling, and integrated hot kitchen workstations. It is suitable for restaurants, hotel kitchens, western kitchens, barbecue restaurants, catering kitchens, central kitchens, food courts, and other commercial foodservice environments.

The built-in structure is suitable for customized kitchen counters, integrated cooking lines, and compact commercial workstations where equipment needs to be installed flush with the working surface. Two width options are available, including 400 mm and 800 mm, allowing customers to select the suitable model according to kitchen layout and production capacity.

Both models use electric heating with 380V 3N / 50Hz power supply. The 400 mm model provides 4.5 kW power, while the 800 mm model provides 9 kW power for higher grilling capacity.
