This open floor washdown hose reel series includes economy and hotel models with 10 m, 15 m, and 20 m hose length options. Economy models feature a black hydraulic steel wire hose and ST14 cold-rolled steel housing with electrostatic powder coating, while hotel models are available with ST14 coated steel or 304-grade stainless steel housing and a blue hose. All models include a manganese steel spring, high-hardness wear-resistant steel shaft, 95°C temperature resistance, and 300 PSI working pressure for commercial kitchen and foodservice floor washdown applications.

    This open floor washdown hose reel series is designed for heavy-duty floor cleaning, equipment washing, and general washdown tasks in commercial kitchens, food processing plants, hotel back-of-house areas, central kitchens, catering facilities, and other professional foodservice environments.

    The series includes economy models and hotel models, with hose length options of 10 m, 15 m, and 20 m. Economy models are supplied with a black hydraulic steel wire hose, while hotel models are supplied with a blue hose. Selected hotel models feature a 304-grade stainless steel housing for enhanced corrosion resistance in demanding kitchen conditions.

    The housing of economy and standard hotel models is manufactured from ST14 cold-rolled steel plate, with a Q235 steel bracket and electrostatic powder coating finish for durable daily use. Stainless steel hotel models use 304-grade stainless steel for the housing, providing a hygienic and easy-to-clean surface. All models are equipped with a manganese steel spring and a center shaft made from special high-hardness, wear-resistant steel for consistent retraction performance.

    The hydraulic steel wire hose is rated for temperatures up to 95°C and a working pressure of 300 PSI, making it suitable for hot-water washdown operations. The water inlet connection is standard 1/2 inch male thread. Overall hose length manufacturing tolerance is ±5%.
