This commercial blast freezer cabinet series is designed for restaurants, hotels, central kitchens, bakeries, food processing facilities, and commercial kitchens that require fast freezing and low-temperature food preservation. It is suitable for freezing meat, seafood, bakery products, prepared food, desserts, and other temperature-sensitive ingredients.
The series includes compact GN 1/1 tray models and larger trolley-type models to meet different production requirements. GN 1/1 models are available in 3-tray, 5-tray, 8-tray, 11-tray, and 15-tray configurations, while larger models are designed for 600 × 800 mm trolley use in higher-volume food processing applications.
With a working temperature range from -36°C to -40°C, this blast freezer cabinet series provides a practical solution for rapid freezing, food quality preservation, batch preparation, and commercial frozen storage management.
