This flight-type dishwasher series with integrated scrap removal represents the absolute highest-capacity continuous warewashing solution available, delivering up to 10000 dishes per hour for the largest hotel banquet kitchens, central kitchens, institutional canteens, and industrial catering facilities. The built-in scrap removal system significantly reduces manual pre-rinsing labour and streamlines the entire warewashing workflow. The hood and tank panels feature closed-cell insulation to help reduce heat loss and lower kitchen noise levels. Multiple drying configurations and energy options are available to meet the most demanding site requirements.

The series includes four models covering two drying configurations: a double dryer version and a triple dryer version, both with integrated scrap removal. The double dryer models feature three main wash zones, dual rinse, two drying zones, and scrap removal, while the triple dryer models feature two main wash zones, dual rinse, three drying zones, and scrap removal. Standard models accept ambient-temperature inlet water, while energy-saving models are optimized for 50°C to 60°C pre-heated inlet water. All models share a water consumption of 450 L per hour, a main wash temperature of 65°C, and a rinse temperature of 85°C.

All primary structure components are manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and hygiene in demanding wet environments. The hood and tank panels are equipped with closed-cell insulation for thermal efficiency and noise reduction. Water supply uses a G3/4 inch inlet, and drainage uses a G1-1/2 inch drain outlet. The extended flight-type conveyor with integrated scrap removal, multiple wash zones, and advanced drying sections allows continuous and uninterrupted loading of heavily soiled ware without extensive manual pre-cleaning.
