Gas Open Burner Range Series (14–42 kW)

This gas open burner range series is designed for commercial boiling, pan cooking, sauce heating, soup preparation, and general kitchen cooking applications. It is suitable for restaurants, hotel kitchens, canteens, central kitchens, catering kitchens, school kitchens, factory dining halls, and other commercial foodservice environments.

The series includes two-burner, four-burner, and six-burner configurations, with single-ring and double-ring burner options. Heat load ranges from 14 kW to 42 kW, allowing customers to choose the right model according to cooking volume, kitchen layout, and daily operation requirements.

Each model is equipped with Wenhua burners and thermocouple flame failure protection to improve daily gas operation safety. The compact open burner structure is suitable for multiple pots and pans, making it practical for continuous commercial kitchen use.

The countertop is made from 1.5 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel, while the front panel, side panels, and back panel are made from 1.0 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel. This structure supports hygienic operation, easy cleaning, and durable commercial kitchen use.
