This flight-type dishwasher series is engineered for the absolute highest-volume continuous warewashing operations in large-scale hotel banquet kitchens, central kitchens, institutional canteens, and industrial catering facilities. With a cleaning capacity of up to 5000 dishes per hour, it delivers maximum throughput for the busiest warewashing stations. The series offers multiple configurations to suit different site energy conditions, workflow requirements, and drying needs.

The series includes six models covering three equipment configurations: a high-performance washing configuration with three main wash zones and dual rinse, a drying configuration with two main wash zones, dual rinse, and one drying zone, and a double-drying configuration with one main wash zone, dual rinse, and two drying zones. Each configuration is available as a standard model accepting ambient-temperature inlet water, or as an energy-saving model optimized for 50°C to 60°C pre-heated inlet water. All models share a water consumption of 450 L per hour, a main wash temperature of 65°C, and a final rinse temperature of 85°C.

All primary structure components are manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel for long-term corrosion resistance and hygiene in demanding wet environments. Water supply uses a G3/4 inch inlet, and drainage uses a G1-1/2 inch drain outlet. The extended flight-type conveyor with multiple wash and drying zones allows continuous loading of diverse ware types without interruption, making these machines the flagship solution for facilities that cannot compromise on warewashing speed or output.
