Seri Rak Gantung Daging Panggang (Panjang 1200-1800 mm)

This roasted meat hanging rack series is designed for displaying and hanging roasted meats such as roast duck, char siu, crispy pork, and soy sauce chicken in Chinese restaurants, barbecue shops, hotel open kitchens, food courts, and commercial food display areas. The hanging racks help showcase roasted items while allowing excess oil to drip into the built-in oil tray.

The series includes two open-kitchen display models and two standard hanging rack models, with rack length options of 1200 mm, 1500 mm, and 1800 mm. The display models are suitable for front-of-house visual presentation, while the standard models are suitable for back-of-house preparation and holding areas. Each rack comes with an integrated oil tray for collecting drippings.

The main frame is constructed from 304-grade stainless steel round tubes with a diameter of Φ38 mm and a wall thickness of 1.0 mm. The horizontal hanging bars are made from 304-grade stainless steel round tubes of Φ25 mm diameter and 1.0 mm wall thickness. The oil tray is fabricated from 1.0 mm thick stainless steel plate. Overall manufacturing tolerance is ±5 mm.
