    This trolley hot air sanitizing cabinet series is designed for high-volume disinfection and sanitization of tableware, kitchen utensils, meal trays, and food containers in commercial kitchens and foodservice operations. Using hot air circulation technology, the cabinets effectively sanitize items after washing, preparing them for safe reuse. The series is suitable for restaurants, hotels, canteens, central kitchens, school kitchens, factory dining halls, hospitals, and other professional environments that require reliable and efficient sanitizing equipment.

    The series includes two models with internal volumes of 968 L and 1598 L. Both models are equipped with two internal trolleys, allowing operators to load and unload large batches of dishes and trays with ease. The 1598 L model supports up to 900–1200 meal trays, while the 968 L model includes additional chopstick baskets for flexible loading. The working temperature is adjustable from 50°C to 150°C (depending on model), enabling safe sanitization of various materials.

    The cabinet body is manufactured from 304-grade stainless steel for hygienic and durable commercial use. The internal trolleys and baskets are made from 201-grade stainless steel. Each cabinet is fitted with a Micon controller for precise temperature and cycle management. The trolley‑in, trolley‑out design improves workflow and reduces manual handling in busy kitchen environments.
