The series includes high-end electric convection ovens, Swedish-style electric convection ovens, a high-end convection oven with energy-saving electric deck oven and automatic proofer cabinet, and mid-range hot air oven models. Tray capacity options include 4-tray and 5-tray convection oven configurations, with selected models supporting 400 × 600 mm baking trays or 1/1 GN pans.
Selected high-end models support 4-tray or 5-tray hot air baking, with 220V and 380V power configurations according to model selection. The integrated combination model includes a 4-tray electric hot air oven, a 1-deck 1-tray energy-saving electric deck oven, and a 5-tray automatic proofer cabinet in one bakery production system.
The integrated combination model supports convection baking, deck baking, and dough proofing in one unit. The proofer section supports +38 °C to 50 °C proofing temperature with up to 99% RH humidity. Selected models support intelligent control panels, 400 × 600 mm tray compatibility, steam system, stone baking plate, exhaust hood, and whole-machine shipment according to model configuration.
