UV Photocatalytic Purifier Series (4000–60000 m³/h)

This UV photocatalytic purifier series is designed for odor removal, grease breakdown, and volatile organic compound treatment in commercial kitchen exhaust air. It is suitable for restaurants, hotel kitchens, central kitchens, canteens, catering kitchens, food courts, school kitchens, factory dining halls, and other foodservice environments where exhaust air deodorization and purification are required to meet environmental discharge standards.

The series includes ten models with rated air volume capacities from 4000 m³/h to 60000 m³/h, covering single-layer, double-layer, and triple-layer unit configurations. Power ratings range from 80 W to 440 W depending on model size and treatment capacity. All units operate on 220V AC 50 Hz single-phase power supply and use ultraviolet photocatalytic oxidation technology to treat cooking odors and organic compounds in low-level extraction systems.

Each unit is constructed with an integrated UV lamp chamber within a welded enclosure frame, designed for in-line installation in commercial kitchen exhaust ductwork. The inlet and outlet flanges are sized according to model capacity. A front service clearance of 900 mm must be reserved before the access door for routine lamp replacement and chamber cleaning. The UV photocatalytic process works by exposing exhaust air to high-intensity ultraviolet light in the presence of a catalyst, breaking down odor molecules and organic residues into harmless compounds before discharge.
