This lift-type dishwasher series is designed for efficient warewashing in small to medium-sized restaurants, cafes, hotel pantries, and catering kitchens. It provides rapid and hygienic cleaning of plates, bowls, and lightweight kitchenware with a compact lift-type hood design that saves countertop space during loading and unloading. The series includes a standard model and an energy-saving model to suit different kitchen energy supply conditions.
The standard model accepts ambient-temperature inlet water and uses a rated heating power of 14.6 kW to reach the required wash and rinse temperatures. The energy-saving model accepts pre-heated inlet water at 50°C to 60°C, reducing the electrical heating demand to 5.6 kW. Both models achieve a maximum washing capacity of 60 racks per hour with a water consumption of 2 L to 2.8 L per rack, making them suitable for continuous warewashing during peak service periods.
Each unit is manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and durable commercial use. The wash cycle maintains a main wash temperature of 65°C and a rinse temperature of 85°C for effective cleaning and sanitizing. The water connection uses a G1/2 inch inlet for standard installation. Each machine is supplied with one 36-pin dish rack as standard.
