This external steam steamer cabinet series is designed for commercial steaming applications in restaurants, hotel kitchens, central kitchens, canteens, catering kitchens, school kitchens, factory dining halls, and prepared meal production areas. It is suitable for steaming rice, vegetables, seafood, meat products, dim sum, meal trays, GN pans, and other prepared food items.
The series uses external steam supply to generate clean secondary steam for food steaming. The structure helps separate direct steam from the food steaming process, supporting cleaner steam output and stable commercial operation. Available models include three-door steamer cabinets, split-opening double-door steamer cabinets, and trolley steamer cabinet models.
Selected trolley steamer cabinet models use steam pressure from 2 to 16 kgf/cm², adjusted to 2 kgf/cm² for operation. The steam is transferred through a heating coil to generate clean secondary steam for food steaming. Stainless steel steam pressure regulators, high-pressure steam valves, and steam traps are used to support safe and reliable operation.
The cabinet panels are made from 1.2 mm 304-grade stainless steel on selected models, while the inner chamber wall uses 1.0 mm stainless steel with external insulation treatment. The stainless steel water tank and copper heating coil structure help improve heat exchange efficiency and steam utilization.
Each steaming layer is designed with independent steam supply, allowing better steam circulation and more even upper and lower heating. The silicone door gasket and locking door structure help reduce steam leakage during operation.
A dedicated drainage design is used to collect steam-layer drainage and water-tank drainage. Selected models include an automatic water replenishment system with stainless steel float valve, and cleaning spray nozzle configuration can be arranged according to customer requirements.
