This flight-type dishwasher series is designed for the most demanding ultra-high-volume warewashing operations in hotel banquet kitchens, central kitchens, institutional canteens, and industrial catering facilities. With a cleaning capacity of up to 6500 dishes per hour, it represents the maximum-throughput solution for the busiest warewashing stations. The series offers multiple drying configurations to suit different workflow and energy supply requirements.
The series includes four models covering two drying configurations: a single dryer version and a double dryer version. Both configurations feature extended wash zones with a main wash temperature of 65°C and a rinse temperature of 85°C. Each model is available as a standard version accepting ambient-temperature inlet water, or as an energy-saving version optimized for 50°C to 60°C pre-heated inlet water, which reduces power consumption from 78 kW to 30.5 kW depending on configuration. All models share a water consumption of 450 L per hour.
All primary structure components are manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and hygiene in demanding wet environments. Water supply uses a G3/4 inch inlet, and drainage uses a G1-1/2 inch drain outlet. The extended flight-type conveyor with multiple wash and drying zones allows continuous and uninterrupted loading of diverse ware types, making these machines the ideal choice for facilities that cannot compromise on throughput or drying performance.
