This knife sterilizer cabinet series is designed for hygienic storage and sterilization of kitchen knives, particularly Chinese-style chef knives, in restaurants, hotel kitchens, canteens, central kitchens, and commercial food preparation areas. The cabinets help maintain knife cleanliness between uses and support food safety requirements in professional kitchens.

The series includes two models with external dimensions of 426 × 176 × 616 mm and 426 × 246 × 616 mm. The smaller model holds 5 to 10 knives, while the larger model holds 10 to 15 knives. Both units operate on 220V / 50Hz power supply with input ratings of 16 W and 18 W respectively.

The cabinet body is manufactured from 304-grade stainless steel. Both models feature a magnetic door closure for secure and convenient daily use. The compact vertical design fits on countertops or can be wall-mounted in kitchen preparation zones.
