    This built-in electric hot plate range series is designed for boiling, pan heating, simmering, sauce preparation, stockpot heating, and compact commercial cooking station installation. It is suitable for restaurants, hotels, western kitchens, central kitchens, catering kitchens, canteens, food processing rooms, and commercial kitchen counters that require embedded electric heating equipment.

    The series includes 2-zone and 4-zone built-in electric hot plate models. With a compact 260 mm height and 700 mm depth structure, these units are suitable for recessed countertop installation, custom stainless steel workstations, and integrated commercial kitchen line layouts.

    Both current models use 380V 3N / 50Hz power supply configuration. The 2-zone model provides 4.6 kW total power, while the 4-zone model provides 9.2 kW total power, supporting different cooking capacity requirements in professional foodservice environments.
