This conveyor-type dishwasher series is designed for high-volume warewashing operations in medium to large restaurants, hotel kitchens, canteens, central kitchens, and catering facilities. It provides continuous and efficient cleaning of plates, bowls, trays, and other kitchenware with a pass-through conveyor design that supports fast and uninterrupted loading during peak service periods.
The series includes four models: a standard conveyor dishwasher, an energy-saving conveyor dishwasher, a conveyor dishwasher with integrated drying, and an energy-saving conveyor dishwasher with integrated drying. Standard models accept ambient-temperature inlet water, while energy-saving models accept pre-heated inlet water at 50°C to 60°C, reducing electrical heating demand. All models offer a maximum washing capacity of 180 racks per hour and a water consumption of 270 L per hour, making them suitable for demanding warewashing requirements in large foodservice operations.
Each unit is manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel for durable commercial use. The wash cycle maintains a main wash temperature of 65°C and a rinse temperature of 85°C for effective cleaning and sanitizing. The water connection uses a G3/4 inch inlet, and the drain outlet uses a G1-1/2 inch connection. Two 36-pin dish racks are included as standard accessories with each machine.
