Countertop Electric Charbroiler Series (4.5–13.5 kW)

This countertop electric charbroiler series is designed for commercial grilling, barbecue cooking, meat preparation, seafood grilling, vegetable grilling, and compact hot kitchen operation. It is suitable for restaurants, hotel kitchens, western kitchens, barbecue restaurants, snack bars, canteens, catering kitchens, food courts, and other commercial foodservice environments.

The series uses a countertop structure, making it suitable for kitchens that need flexible installation, limited-space cooking stations, or auxiliary grilling equipment. Three width options are available, including 400 mm, 800 mm, and 1200 mm, allowing customers to choose the suitable model according to kitchen layout and daily cooking capacity.

All models use electric heating with 380V 3N / 50Hz power supply. The power range covers 4.5 kW, 9.0 kW, and 13.5 kW configurations, supporting different grilling output requirements for commercial food preparation.

The countertop is made from 1.5 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel, while the outer body is made from 1.0 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel. The stainless steel structure provides a clean appearance, good corrosion resistance, and reliable durability for daily commercial kitchen use.
