The Countertop Electric Griddle Series is designed for professional commercial kitchens that require compact installation, stable electric heating, and flexible griddle plate configurations. This series is suitable for restaurants, hotel kitchens, snack bars, food courts, catering kitchens, and western cooking stations where countertop equipment is preferred.
This series is available in both electronic control and standard mechanical control versions. The electronic control version provides convenient temperature adjustment and a modern operating interface, while the standard mechanical control version offers simple operation and reliable daily use. Different griddle plate layouts are available, including flat griddle plates, ribbed griddle plates, and mixed griddle plate combinations for different cooking requirements.
The equipment uses a 380V 3N~ / 50Hz power supply configuration. The tabletop is made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm, while the body enclosure is made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.0 mm. The countertop structure makes the unit easy to place, operate, clean, and maintain in commercial foodservice environments.
