By circulating high‑temperature air, it delivers chemical‑free sterilization that helps kitchens meet daily hygiene standards. The cabinets come in single‑door and double‑door configurations, so users can choose the right footprint for their dishwashing or storage area.

    The series includes three models with chamber volumes of 340 L, 680 L, and 828 L. The single‑door G07 model (340 L) is suitable for smaller operations or satellite stations. The two double‑door models, G08 (680 L) and G09 (828 L), provide extra capacity for medium‑ to high‑volume dining. All models use hot‑air circulation with a working temperature range of 50–120°C, adjustable via a microcomputer controller. The specific basket arrangement varies by model: G07 includes 1 chopstick basket, 2 bowl baskets, and 2 cup baskets; G08 carries 2 chopstick baskets, 2 bowl baskets, and 4 pull‑out baskets; G09 is supplied with 2 chopstick baskets and 6 pull‑out baskets.

G07 operates on a single‑phase 220V / 50Hz supply (2.3 kW), while G08 and G09 require a 380V / 50Hz three‑phase supply (4.5 kW).
