This mobile roast meat hanging rack trolley with drip tray is designed for holding and transporting roast meats such as roast duck, roast pork, char siu, and soy sauce chicken in Chinese restaurants, hotel kitchens, BBQ shops, canteens, and food courts. It provides a convenient hanging display and transport solution, making it easier to move cooked roast items from the kitchen to the serving or carving area.

The trolley includes a single model with a length of 1200 mm. The hanging rack frame is designed to hold roast meat hooks securely, while the integrated drip tray collects oil and liquid drippings, keeping the floor clean and improving kitchen hygiene during operation.

The main frame is constructed from 30 × 30 × 1.0 mm stainless steel square tubes and Φ25 mm stainless steel round tubes for sturdy support. The drip tray is made from 1.0 mm thick steel plate for durable daily use. The trolley is fitted with four 4-inch high-quality swivel casters with silent operation, making it easy to move across kitchen floors. Overall manufacturing tolerance is ±5 mm.
