This undercounter glasswasher and dishwasher series is designed for compact warewashing operations in bars, cafes, small restaurants, hotel pantries, and other foodservice environments with limited kitchen space. It provides rapid and hygienic cleaning of glasses, cups, plates, and lightweight kitchenware within a standard undercounter footprint of 600 × 600 × 800 mm.
The series includes four models configured for different washing requirements and energy supply conditions. The glass-washing models feature a 36-compartment glass rack for standard glassware, while the dishwashing models include a 36-pin dish rack for plates and shallow bowls. Standard models accept ambient-temperature inlet water and use higher heating power to reach operating temperatures, while energy-saving models accept pre-heated inlet water at 50°C to 60°C, reducing electrical heating demand from 11.5 kW to 5.5 kW.
All models are manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and long service life in wet commercial environments. Each unit achieves a maximum washing capacity of 60 racks per hour with a water consumption of 2 L to 2.8 L per rack. The wash cycle maintains a main wash temperature of 65°C and a rinse temperature of 85°C for effective cleaning and sanitizing. The water connection uses a G1/2 inch inlet for standard installation compatibility.
