This fish preparation sink table series is designed for fish cleaning, gutting, scaling, and general fish preparation in seafood restaurants, hotel kitchens, central kitchens, canteens, fish markets, and commercial food processing areas. The design combines a sink basin with a side work surface, allowing operators to clean and process fish within a single workstation.

The series includes single-sink and double-sink fish preparation table models. Single-sink models are available in widths of 1200 mm, 1500 mm, 1800 mm, and 2000 mm, while double-sink models are available in widths of 1500 mm, 1800 mm, and 2000 mm. All models feature a sink basin on one side and a solid preparation surface on the opposite side. A treated wooden board is installed underneath the preparation side of the countertop, with insect-proof and moisture-proof treatment, providing a suitable cutting and preparation area for fish and seafood processing tasks.

The main structure is manufactured from 304‑grade stainless steel. The countertop panel is made from 1.2 mm thick stainless steel, and the sink basin is made from 1.0 mm thick stainless steel for durable daily use. The leg frame is constructed from 38 × 38 × 1.0 mm stainless steel square tubes. Cross supports at the front, rear, and sides use 25 × 25 × 1.0 mm stainless steel square tubes for structural stability. Additional reinforcement is provided by 1.0 mm thick 304‑grade stainless steel ribs. All legs are fitted with adjustable stainless steel bullet feet for stable leveling. The overall manufacturing tolerance is ±5 mm.
