Commercial Electric Noodle Boiler Series (9–18 kW)

This commercial electric noodle boiler series is designed for noodle boiling, pasta cooking, dumpling boiling, vegetable blanching, seafood boiling, and commercial boiling station operation. It is suitable for noodle restaurants, Chinese restaurants, hotels, central kitchens, canteens, catering kitchens, school dining halls, factory dining halls, and food processing areas that require stable electric boiling equipment.

The series includes single-tank noodle boilers with storage cabinet base, single-tank noodle boilers with cold water basin and storage cabinet base, double-tank noodle boilers, and electric lifting noodle boiler models. Width options include 400 mm, 600 mm, 800 mm, and 1200 mm, with 750 mm and 900 mm depth configurations available for different kitchen line layouts.

All current models use 380V 3N / 50Hz electric power supply. Power options include 9 kW, 12 kW, and 18 kW according to tank quantity and lifting configuration. Selected lifting noodle boiler models use a 930 mm overall height, including a 90 mm rear panel.

The series uses stainless steel commercial kitchen construction, including 430# 1.5 mm stainless steel frame, 304# 1.8 mm stainless steel worktop, 304# 1.5 mm stainless steel control panel, 304# 1.0 mm side panels, and 304# 1.0 mm back panel. The storage cabinet base provides practical lower space for daily commercial kitchen operation.
