This Brazilian barbecue rotisserie grill series is designed for commercial rotisserie grilling, barbecue meat preparation, skewer roasting, churrasco-style service, and high-volume grilling applications. It is suitable for restaurants, barbecue restaurants, hotel kitchens, buffet restaurants, catering kitchens, central kitchens, food courts, and other commercial foodservice environments.

The series includes both electric heating and gas heating models. Electric models are suitable for kitchens that prefer centralized electric energy use and stable heating control. Gas models are suitable for kitchens that require strong heat output, fast grilling response, and continuous commercial barbecue operation.

The series provides 7-skewer, 13-skewer, 15-skewer, and 17-skewer configurations, with 800 mm, 1200 mm, and 1600 mm width options. Two depth configurations are available, including 750 mm and 900 mm, allowing customers to choose the suitable model according to kitchen layout, menu capacity, and service volume.

The main structure uses a 430-grade stainless steel frame and 304-grade stainless steel working panels. The countertop uses 1.8 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel, while the control panel uses 1.5 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel. The side panels and back panel use 1.0 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel for durable commercial kitchen operation.
