Flake Ice Machine Series (200–2000 kg/day)

This flake ice machine series includes eight commercial models with daily ice production capacities ranging from 200 kg to 2000 kg. Built-in ice storage capacities range from 145 kg to 470 kg, making the series suitable for medium to large commercial ice-making and storage applications.

The units support air-cooled or water-cooled refrigeration options and are available in 220V and 380V power configurations. The series includes medium-capacity upright models as well as large-capacity units for higher output requirements. With built-in storage bins and practical commercial designs, this series is suitable for seafood shops, supermarkets, buffet restaurants, fisheries, laboratories, and other commercial environments that require stable flake ice supply.

The machine produces dry and soft irregular flake ice through a rotating extrusion ice-making process. The flake ice has an irregular sheet-like shape, large contact surface area, and strong cooling performance. With no sharp edges, it helps protect wrapped food products during chilling, storage, transport, and display applications.
