Commercial Gas Hot Plate Range Series (2–6 Burners)

This commercial gas hot plate range series is designed for boiling, pan heating, stockpot heating, simmering, sauce preparation, stir-fry support, and general hot kitchen cooking operation. It is suitable for restaurants, hotels, western kitchens, central kitchens, catering kitchens, canteens, school dining halls, factory dining halls, and commercial cooking lines that require gas-powered hot plate cooking equipment.

The series includes countertop gas hot plate ranges, gas hot plate ranges with storage cabinet bases, and gas hot plate ranges with under-oven bases. Burner configurations include 2-burner, 4-burner, and 6-burner models, with 700 mm, 750 mm, and 900 mm depth options available according to installation layout and cooking station requirements.

The gas heating load options include 13 kW, 26 kW, and 39 kW according to burner quantity. Selected under-oven models combine gas hot plate cooking zones with a lower oven section, using 220V / 50Hz electric power supply and 5 kW electric oven power for integrated top cooking and oven operation.

The series uses stainless steel commercial kitchen construction. Countertop models use 304# stainless steel worktops and body panels, while floor-standing models use a 430# stainless steel frame, 304# stainless steel worktop, 304# stainless steel control panel, 304# stainless steel side panels, and 304# stainless steel back panel for durable commercial kitchen use.
