This flight-type dishwasher series includes two models with a cleaning capacity of 3000 dishes per hour and water consumption of 450 L/h. The standard model uses ambient inlet water at 44 kW, while the energy-saving model requires 50–60°C pre-heated inlet water at 14.5 kW. Both feature grade 304 stainless steel construction, a main wash zone with dual rinse, 65°C wash and 85°C rinse temperatures, G3/4 inch inlet, G1-1/2 inch drain, and 380V power supply. This flight-type dishwasher series is designed for very heavy-duty continuous warewashing in rge restaurants, hotel kitchens, central kitchens, canteens, and institutional catering facilities. The series handles up to 3000 dishes per hour and is built with one main wash zone and dual rinse zones for thorough cleaning and hygiene. It is ideal for operations that need to process a constant flow of plates, trays, bowls, and other kitchenware during peak hours.

The series includes two models: a standard version that accepts ambient-temperature inlet water with a rated heating power of 44 kW, and an energy-saving version designed for pre-heated inlet water at 50°C to 60°C, which lowers the heating demand to 14.5 kW. Both models share a water consumption of 450 L per hour, a main wash temperature of 65°C, and a rinse temperature of 85°C. All units are constructed from grade 304 stainless steel for long-term corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.

The water supply connection uses a G3/4 inch inlet, and the drain outlet is sized at G1-1/2 inches. The large flight-type design allows continuous loading without interruption, making these machines suitable for the busiest warewashing stations where speed, hygiene, and energy efficiency must be balanced.
