The series provides 1-deck 2-tray and 2-deck 4-tray oven configurations, 5-tray and 10-tray proofer options, 400 × 600 mm tray compatibility, selected +38 °C to 50 °C proofing temperature with up to 99% RH humidity, digital or intelligent control systems, and integrated baking and proofing performance for bakeries, pastry shops, central kitchens, hotels, and commercial bakery production areas.

    This electric deck oven with proofer series is designed for bread baking, pastry baking, cake production, pizza baking, dough proofing, and integrated bakery preparation in professional foodservice environments. It is suitable for bakeries, pastry shops, bread shops, hotel kitchens, central kitchens, catering kitchens, food factories, and commercial bakery production areas that require a combined baking and proofing solution.

    The series includes high-end Hong Kong style energy-saving deck oven and automatic proofer combinations, mid-range split-type deck oven and fermentation cabinet combinations, and economy full-steel digital deck oven units with proofer cabinets. These integrated units help improve production efficiency by combining baking and proofing functions into one practical bakery system.

    Selected high-end models use intelligent control panels for the oven section and intelligent electronic temperature control for the proofer section. The proofer section on selected high-end models supports a temperature range of +38 °C to 50 °C with humidity up to 99% RH. Selected mid-range models use a split-type structure with a deck oven and a 10-tray fermentation cabinet. Selected economy models use thickened stainless steel construction, digital control systems with timer and memory functions, far-infrared heating tubes, independent upper and lower temperature control, and proofer cabinets with water inlet and drainage configuration.

    All current models support 400 × 600 mm baking trays. Oven configurations cover 1-deck 2-tray and 2-deck 4-tray options, while the proofer section is available in 5-tray and 10-tray configurations depending on model selection.
