Flight-Type Dishwasher 10000 Series (42–90 kW)

This flight-type dishwasher series represents the highest-capacity continuous warewashing solution, delivering up to 10000 dishes per hour for the largest hotel banquet kitchens, central kitchens, institutional canteens, and industrial catering facilities. The series features a robust three-stage main wash, dual rinse, and two-stage drying configuration that ensures thorough cleaning and fast drying even under extreme throughput demands.

The series includes two models to suit different site energy conditions. The standard model operates with ambient-temperature inlet water and a rated heating power of 90 kW, while the energy-saving model accepts pre-heated inlet water at 50°C to 60°C, reducing the heating demand to 42 kW. Both models maintain a water consumption of 450 L per hour, a main wash temperature of 65°C, and a final rinse temperature of 85°C. The extended 8000 mm flight-type conveyor with multiple wash and drying zones allows truly continuous loading of mixed ware types without interruption.

All primary structure components are manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and hygiene in demanding wet environments. Water supply uses a G3/4 inch inlet, and drainage uses a G1-1/2 inch drain outlet. The multi-zone design helps deliver consistently clean and dry results at the highest throughput rates, making these machines the flagship solution for facilities that cannot compromise on warewashing capacity or drying performance.
