Commercial Dough Sheeter Series (420–480 mm Width)

This commercial dough sheeting machine series is designed for dough pressing, dough kneading, dough sheet forming, wrapper preparation, and continuous dough processing in professional foodservice and bakery environments. It is suitable for dumpling wrapper production, wonton wrapper production, bun wrapper preparation, mantou dough processing, French roll dough processing, pastry preparation, noodle-related dough processing, and other commercial dough forming applications.

The series includes high-end, mid-range, and economy dough sheeting machine models. Different configurations are available for compact 220V operation, conveyor-type dough sheeting, Chinese-style dough pressing, and automatic dough sheet processing. Depending on model configuration, the series supports dough sheeting width options from 420 mm to 480 mm, production capacity up to 900 kg/h, and dough thickness adjustment ranges from 3 mm to 25 mm.

Selected models use food-grade stainless steel food-contact surfaces, stainless steel rollers, pure copper motors, and stable machine structures for reliable daily operation. Mid-range conveyor models use all-steel construction and are suitable for larger-scale commercial dough processing. The automatic and high-speed models provide efficient dough handling for kitchens and workshops that require consistent thickness and practical production efficiency.
