Electric Radiant Hot Plate Range Series (4–6 Zones)

This commercial electric radiant hot plate range series is designed for pan heating, boiling, simmering, sautéing, sauce preparation, stockpot heating, and general commercial hot kitchen operation. It is suitable for restaurants, hotels, central kitchens, canteens, catering kitchens, western kitchens, food processing rooms, and commercial cooking lines that require stable electric radiant heating equipment.

The series includes 4-zone and 6-zone electric radiant hot plate range models with storage cabinet base configuration. The models are available in 750 mm and 900 mm depth options, helping match different kitchen line layouts, counter depths, and cooking station requirements.

Each heating zone is rated at 1.8 kW. The 4-zone models provide a total power rating of 7.2 kW, while the 6-zone model provides a total power rating of 10.8 kW. All current models use 380V 3N / 50Hz power supply configuration for commercial kitchen installation.

The series uses stainless steel commercial kitchen construction, including 430# 1.5 mm stainless steel frame, stamped 304# 1.8 mm worktop, 304# 1.5 mm control panel, 304# 1.0 mm side panels, and 304# 1.0 mm back panel. The storage cabinet base provides practical lower space for daily kitchen use.
