    This commercial electric noodle boiler series is designed for noodle cooking, pasta boiling, dumpling boiling, vegetable blanching, soup ingredient preparation, and other hot-water cooking tasks in professional kitchens. It is suitable for restaurants, noodle shops, hotel kitchens, canteens, central kitchens, catering kitchens, school kitchens, factory dining halls, and commercial foodservice operations.

    The series includes single-tank and double-tank electric noodle boiler models. The single-tank model is suitable for compact kitchens and standard daily cooking needs, while the double-tank model provides higher cooking capacity for peak service periods and larger food preparation volume.

    The units are manufactured from 304-grade stainless steel for hygienic and durable commercial use. The countertop is made from 1.2 mm thick stainless steel, while the front panel and side panels are made from 1.0 mm thick stainless steel. The main support legs use 38 × 38 × 1.0 mm stainless steel square tubes, and the cross supports use 25 × 25 × 1.0 mm stainless steel square tubes.

    The equipment is fitted with heating elements, thermostat control, and related electrical components for reliable hot-water cooking operation. Adjustable stainless steel bullet feet and faucet configuration are included for convenient installation, cleaning, and daily kitchen use. Overall manufacturing tolerance is ±5 mm.
