This commercial roast pig oven series includes electric heating, gas-fired, and charcoal-fired models for whole pig, suckling pig, pork cuts, and large roast meat preparation. It features 304-grade stainless steel construction, selected pulse electronic ignition, thermocouple flame failure protection, and customizable configurations for roast meat shops, restaurants, BBQ kitchens, hotels, and central kitchens.

    This commercial roast pig oven series is designed for professional roasting of whole pig, suckling pig, pork cuts, and other large meat products in roast meat shops, Chinese restaurants, BBQ restaurants, hotel kitchens, banquet kitchens, central kitchens, catering kitchens, and commercial foodservice operations.

    The series includes electric heating, gas-fired, and charcoal-fired roast pig oven models. Electric models are suitable for kitchens that prefer electric energy use and stable heating control. Gas-fired models provide stronger firepower for commercial roast meat preparation, while charcoal-fired models are suitable for traditional roasting flavor and aroma.

    Selected gas models are equipped with bar-type burners, pulse electronic ignition, and thermocouple flame failure protection to improve daily operation safety. Selected custom models can be configured according to customer requirements, including gas-fired, charcoal-fired, or electric heating versions.

    The oven body uses 304-grade stainless steel according to model configuration. Selected models use 1.5 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel body structure for better strength and durability. Custom roast pig oven models use 1.5 mm thick oven body, 1.0 mm thick oil tray and front sealing panel, Φ51 mm stainless steel tube support legs, and adjustable feet. Overall manufacturing tolerance is ±5 mm for selected custom models.
