    Selected models use electronic control with a 40°C to 100°C adjustable working range, supporting warming, steaming, or hot-holding operation. Cabinet-base and built-in models include dry-burn or low-water protection functions. Power options include 3 kW, 6 kW, and 9 kW according to model size and configuration.

    The series uses stainless steel commercial kitchen construction. Cabinet-base models use 304# 1.8 mm stainless steel worktops and 304# 1.5 mm stainless steel control panels. Countertop models use 304# stainless steel worktops and body panels. Built-in models are suitable for recessed countertop installation and custom stainless steel workstations.
