Countertop Gas Charbroiler Grill Series (7–21 kW)

This countertop gas charbroiler grill series is designed for commercial grilling, barbecue cooking, meat preparation, seafood grilling, vegetable grilling, and compact hot kitchen operation. It is suitable for restaurants, hotel kitchens, western kitchens, barbecue restaurants, snack bars, canteens, catering kitchens, food courts, and other commercial foodservice environments.

The series uses a countertop structure, making it suitable for kitchens that need flexible installation, limited-space cooking stations, or auxiliary grilling equipment. Three width options are available, including 400 mm, 800 mm, and 1200 mm, allowing customers to choose the suitable model according to kitchen layout and daily grilling capacity.

All models use gas heating with 7 kW, 14 kW, and 21 kW heat load configurations. The series provides practical size options for different cooking volumes, from compact single-section grilling to wider multi-section commercial barbecue preparation.

The countertop is made from 1.5 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel, while the outer body is made from 1.0 mm thick 304-grade stainless steel. The stainless steel structure provides a clean appearance, good corrosion resistance, and reliable durability for daily commercial kitchen use.
