This round barbecue grill series is designed for commercial barbecue cooking, meat grilling, skewer roasting, seafood grilling, vegetable grilling, and open kitchen barbecue stations. It is suitable for restaurants, barbecue restaurants, hotel kitchens, food courts, catering kitchens, central kitchens, outdoor dining areas, and commercial foodservice environments that require round barbecue equipment.
The series includes electric, gas, and charcoal heating configurations. The 1200 mm models are suitable for standard round barbecue cooking stations, while the 1500 mm models support larger grilling layouts and selected models with independent rotating skewer positions.
Electric models use 380V 3N / 50Hz power supply with 18 kW heating power. Gas models provide 36 kW heat load with strip burners, electronic ignition, thermocouple flame failure protection, and DN20 gas inlet. The charcoal model uses a 220V / 50Hz, 110 W motor for rotating operation support.
The series is made from high-quality stainless steel and equipped with a cast iron ribbed grilling plate. Selected models include infrared heating tubes, high-temperature barbecue stones, and independent rotating skewers according to the heating configuration and model structure.
