This worktable flake ice machine series includes two commercial models with daily ice production capacities ranging from 135 kg to 185 kg. Both models are equipped with a built-in ice storage capacity of 45 kg, making the series suitable for medium commercial flake ice production and daily storage applications.
The units adopt a worktable-style cabinet structure and support air-cooling or water-cooling options. With 220V power supply, practical counter-height design, and built-in ice storage, this series is suitable for supermarkets, fresh food areas, seafood display, hot pot ingredient preparation, hotel kitchens, cold drink shops, hospitals, laboratories, fisheries, and other commercial environments that require stable flake ice supply.
The machine produces irregular snowflake-style flake ice through a rotating extrusion process. Compared with the traditional method of making cube ice first and then crushing it, this design helps save labor and simplify daily operation. The full process is automatically controlled by the computer control board, with automatic stop when the ice bin is full and automatic sensing restart when more ice is needed.

Rotating Extrusion Ice Making Principle
- The spiral evaporator coil works together with the ice blade to form the ice-making structure.
- The water level setting ensures that water fully covers the evaporator surface, allowing ice to form evenly on the surface.
- The ice blade rotates continuously to scrape and crush the ice formed on the evaporator surface, while the spiral structure pushes the crushed ice upward until it is discharged through the chute.
- The discharge chute outlet remains at a low temperature to help prevent the flake ice from coming into direct contact with warmer air and to maintain ice quality.
- The entire ice-making process works without a defrost cycle.
