This round gas and electric pizza oven series is designed for commercial pizza baking, flatbread baking, bakery preparation, restaurant hot kitchen operation, and visible cooking areas. It is suitable for pizza restaurants, hotel kitchens, western restaurants, food courts, catering kitchens, central kitchens, and commercial foodservice environments that require round pizza oven equipment.
The series includes gas heating and electric heating models. Both models use a round oven structure with a 1200 × 1200 × 1960 mm overall size. The gas model is suitable for kitchens that require gas heating with electronic ignition and flame failure protection, while the electric model is suitable for kitchens that require electric heating, bottom heating support, and stable temperature control.
The gas model uses a round environmentally friendly burner, pulse electronic ignition, ion flame failure protection, and 0–400 °C adjustable baking temperature. The inner chamber uses a Ø990 mm round refractory stone base and can bake 6 pieces of Ø300 mm pizza at one time.
The electric model uses 380V / 3Ph / 50Hz power supply with 18 kW total power. The oven uses an integrally cast inner chamber with an arched top structure, supporting internal hot-air convection and uniform temperature distribution. Four groups of dry heating wires are arranged around the chamber, and the bottom heating structure helps improve pizza base baking performance. The inner chamber size is Ø980 × 370 mm, with a refractory stone base, and can bake 4 pieces of 12-inch pizza at one time.
