Commercial Gas Griddle Range Series (9 kW Models)

This commercial gas griddle range series is designed for flat-top heating, griddle cooking, pan heating, searing, simmering, sauce preparation, and general commercial hot kitchen operation. It is suitable for restaurants, hotels, western kitchens, central kitchens, canteens, catering kitchens, school dining halls, factory dining halls, and commercial cooking lines that require gas-powered griddle equipment.

The series includes gas griddle ranges with storage cabinet bases and gas griddle ranges with under-oven bases. Depth options include 750 mm and 900 mm models, helping match different commercial kitchen line layouts and cooking station requirements.

All current models use a 9 kW gas heating load for the upper griddle section. Selected under-oven models include a lower oven section with 220V / 50Hz electric power supply and 5 kW electric power, providing an integrated cooking and oven operation solution for professional kitchens.

The series uses stainless steel commercial kitchen construction, including 430# 1.5 mm stainless steel frame, 304# 1.8 mm stainless steel worktop, 304# 1.5 mm stainless steel control panel, 304# 1.0 mm side panels, and 304# 1.0 mm back panel for durable daily foodservice operation.
